Marketing Manager at Loomia in San Francisco, CA

The Position: Online Marketing Manager

The Online Marketing Manager will essentially run the marketing department: You’ll plan, execute and coordinate all our marketing programs, manage your budget, manage vendors and service providers, own and optimize the web site, run our social media marketing and help educate the market about Loomia.

Your work will be critical to Loomia’s success: The success of your programs will directly translate into the type of customer we attract, and our ability to scale our growth.

Specifically, you’ll drive:

* Demand generation and lead generation resulting in qualified traffic to our web site and great sales leads for our direct sales team
* Direct acquisition programs resulting in customers buying our services online
* Customer communication programs making our customers stay with us, trust us to address their changing needs, and refer us

 

Your internal customers are:

* Sales: You’ll provide them with incoming, qualified leads, the tools they need throughout the sales process, and an online presence truly reflective of who we are and what our position in the market is.
* Customer Service: You’ll work together to find out who our best customers are and create the formula to generate hundreds and thousands of happy Loomia customers.
* Product: You’ll translate features and functionality into compelling solutions that address the customer’s problems today and in the future.

 

What it takes:

We’re looking for somebody to “own” marketing and bring it to the next level. You’ll probably need 3 or more years of experience, ideally marketing SaaS products to businesses, and you love it. You need to be able to think on your feet, be creative in finding solutions, but confident enough to know when to ask for help. This position can easily assume additional responsibilities and grow into a director level.

Loomia offers competitive compensation packages, including salary ranging from $65k to $95K DOE, stock options, 401 K plan and full benefits.
