<p>Are you passionate about customer service and operational excellence?<br />
We are looking for an Account Manager who is organized, thorough, and will take pride in ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the advocate for our clients, understand their needs, develop and execute plans to create customer success, and working diplomatically with cross-functional teams throughout the customer life-cycle. You are hands-on in your approach, yet have the experience and strategic vision to help us build out the Account Management department as we grow. This is not a sales role with deal closing, but a role that is post-sale focused.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:<br />
&#8226; Support the Sales team with deployment assessments and engage in the sales process as needed (10%)<br />
&#8226; Manage the relationship upon deal closing, including deployment, renewals, upsells, and any service requests as they occur (25%)<br />
&#8226; Create customer success plans that detail the customer&#8217;s goals and deployment, and diligently work with the customer and internal resources to execute the plans on time and on budget (25%)<br />
&#8226; Work closely with marketing and sales to report back on customer success and impact customer targeting and prioritization (20%)<br />
&#8226; Work closely with development and product management to ensure development efforts and roadmap meet present and future customer needs (20%)</p>
<p>Qualifications:<br />
&#8226; Well-rounded professional with strong customer service attitude, comfortable to interact with top tier customers and multiple points of contact<br />
&#8226; Strong project management skills with proven success gathering requirements, planning the project and executing on the plan<br />
&#8226; Responsiveness, diplomacy, capability to influence co-workers on all levels<br />
&#8226; Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, computer skills, self-motivation and drive to make the customer successful<br />
&#8226; Able to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures with grace and calmness<br />
&#8226; Minimum of 3-5 years experience in account management environments, ideally in enterprise SaaS or online advertising<br />
&#8226; Bachelors degree, business or computer science, MBA a plus</p>

We are looking for an Account Executive with a proven track record of managing the sales cycle and closing new business opportunities.  Reporting to the VP of Sales, this position will be a key contributor as we are broadening our footprint in the industry and furthering our leadership position. </p>

<b>Responsibilities:</b><br />
&#8226;&#9;Qualify and prioritize inbound leads and manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, including pricing proposals and contract generation.<br />

Loomia is looking for an experienced front-end engineer who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and not afraid to try new things.&#160; This is a small engineering team - so everyone is a thinker, a problem-solver, and plays a critical role in delivering the products that make our customers and their users happy.&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; We're a small multi-disciplinary team within a nimble, high-energy startup, so this is a great opportunity for you to make your mark.</p>
<p><b>Skills</b></p>

    <li>Expertise with Javascript and frameworks such as Prototype, jQuery, YUI.&#160; You will be the primary driver of our client side module and should have experience with widget development or done some complex mash-up work.</li>
    <li>Extensive experience writing elegant, readable, maintainable XHTML and CSS</li>
    <li>Strong working knowledge of DOM and AJAX</li>
    <li>Good working knowledge of server side coding (Python, RoR, PHP, ...)</li>
    <li>Solid knowledge of web standards, cross-browser compatibility, and building in accessibility from the ground up</li>
    <li>Experience working in open-source LAMP environment</li>
    <li>Solid understanding of web technologies such as REST, HTTP, JSON</li>

We have an established product with a lot of demand and you should want to solve interesting problems that directly impact the company&#8217;s success.</p>
<p><b>Essential Responsibilities</b></p>
<p>As a key member of the development team, you will help create an overall technical vision for our platform. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering production quality software in high volume environments. You should be able to craft an architecture with custom built software and the latest technologies like memcache, CDNs, squid, hypertable (these are just examples).</p>
<p>You will lead and mentor mid and junior level application engineers throughout the design and development phases. Having a solid foundation of software engineering best practices and the ability to put them to use will be key for this role. As the team grows, your ability to champion improvements in our system architecture as well as our processes for software development will be critical. You will work closely with product management and QA to ensure succesful delivery of your software.</p>
<p>Your background and experience should include expertise in some of the following:</p>

<p>We are an Open Source, LAMP shop so you should be confident you can excel in that type of environment. We code in python, but we are looking for&#160; a great developer and not a python expert. We expect that an experienced programmer can learn a language like python in a few weeks.</p>
